These past couple weeks things went a little nuts. I had my parents visiting and watching Maisy while I photographed several weddings, then Josh and I traveled to MN for some gigs where I got to see all sorts of family and friends (Maisy is a popular little girl) and photograph a gorgeous engagement session in downtown Minneapolis, we came back just in time for me to photograph another wedding in the Chicago suburbs, and finally Maisy and I tried to take it easy on Sunday (Mom bought her some black and white books and clearly she’s taken by them).

This week Maisy hit 1 month! So hard to believe! She’s consumed most of my photographing for the week. Seems to be my trend lately. But I also photographed a wedding and saw a really cool looking sun at sunset this week!

Wedding Rack Card
I connected with The Armory in Janesville and am now one of their featured wedding photographers! I chose to connect with this venue in particular because I love the charm of the brick, historic building and I simply won’t beat the proximity to my home!
This new connection meant I needed to get some materials printed for them to put in the folders they give their couples. I chose this simple card as to give these couples the eye candy and some basic information without overwhelming them. The idea is that if they like what they see on the card they will inquire with questions or to book me for their wedding.

Client Disc Cases
At the beginning of 2013 I started gifting my clients a very special, custom disc case for their wedding digital files. The idea behind these gorgeous products is that the disc will live on their bookshelf or DVD shelf instead of getting lost in a file cabinet or storage pile. These cases are magnetically sealed and come with an image panel on the inside and my “a Sunshine Moment” DVD on the other. These were all the cases I designed for my 2013 clients.
