Forgotten Rocks

Rocks are the things that support our world.  Yet they slip from view just as easily as a fleeting landscape out an airplane window or the flitting tongue of a snake.  However small or big they are an item that defines our world, from mountains to grains of sand.  They are very much a part of the sunsets and ocean views we love.

I was walking along Lake Michigan in Racine, WI when I took a closer look at the boulders lining the coast. I found some wonder that these rocks beheld on their own.
